DeBellotte Global is an independent corporate trustee headquartered in Diani Beach, Kenya. We act as trustee for offshore foreign non-grantor trusts settled by international families who have chosen Kenyan trust law as the governing framework for their structures.

Our mandate is narrow on purpose: serve as fiduciary, hold assets faithfully, and execute the trust deed without conflict of interest. We do not sell investment products, brokerage, or insurance. That independence is the asset our settlors and beneficiaries value most.
