DeBellotte Global is an independent corporate trustee headquartered in Diani Beach, Kenya. We act as trustee for offshore foreign non-grantor trusts established under Kenyan law for families building, preserving, and transferring wealth across generations.

Our work serves two kinds of families.

Some families arrive with assets already built and need a trustee structure to protect, administer, and preserve them.

Others are first-generation builders. They may be the first in their family to create a formal trust, establish a family office framework, and begin compounding assets for children, grandchildren, and future heirs.

Both need the same thing: structure.

Our mandate is narrow on purpose. We serve as fiduciary trustee, hold and administer trust property, and execute the trust deed without conflict of interest.

We do not sell investment products, brokerage, insurance, or banking products. That separation protects the trustee role and keeps our focus where it belongs: governance, continuity, administration, and long-term stewardship.
